Welcome to Black Diamond Luxury Transportation ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website blackdiamondluxury.com and booking our transportation services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement
- All transportation services are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Reservations must be booked in advance to guarantee service.
- Prices are subject to change and may vary based on location, vehicle type, duration, and additional services requested.

2. Payment Terms
- Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm reservations.
- Payments can be made via credit card or other approved methods.
- All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Credit card information provided will be securely stored and used for payment processing.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled pick-up time to avoid charges.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may be charged in full.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Passenger Responsibility
- Passengers must comply with all federal, state, and local laws.
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are permitted inside vehicles.
- Damage to vehicles caused by passengers will be charged to the client.
- Any excessive cleaning required due to spills, sickness, or other passenger actions may result in additional fees.

5. Company Liability
- Black Diamond Luxury Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings left in the vehicle.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Privacy
- Personal information provided is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
